Return policy
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a credit note.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue. In the event of a faulty item or an error on our part, we will issue a refund upon presentation of proof.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as swimwear, underwear, and sale items, which are final sale . Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchange or credit note
We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the exchange or credit has been approved or not. A credit note has no expiry date; you can keep it as long as you wish.
